Real Estate in Phenix City, AL

Some realtors complain about not having customers/clients, but (from my experience) if you are willing to work and treat people right, you will find plenty of buyers and sellers.  I stay busy because I am always talking to people and I also have a website, www.kimolive.com,  that generates quite a few leads for me.

In our area, we are experiencing tremendous growth.  By the year 2011, the BRAC Realignment (Ft Benning) should be finished and we should have over 30,000 new people in the Columbus, GA – Phenix City, AL area.  Aflac Ins, (headquartered in  Columbus) is doing a big addition which will ultimately result in over 2,000 new jobs.  KIA is locating in West Point, GA, which is only 35 minutes from our area.  KIA & the tier companies are creating over 6,000 new jobs.  Celebrate Alabama, a new tourist/shopping attraction is coming to Opelika, AL (only 20 minutes away), creating over 5,000 new jobs.

All of this growth will result in new buyers for Phenix City, Smiths Station, Opelika, Auburn, Valley, Salem, Ft Mitchell, & Seale in Alabama and Columbus, Harris County and surrounding areas in Georgia.  We have homes to fit every budget.  If you are planning to purchase a home in any of these areas, please give me a call at 706-527-4578.

    The June 25th post is titled, BRAC Brings Big Volume Home Builders from Out of Town.

    I notice that Mr. Jefferson’s company, Coldwell Banker is selling a lot of new houses in the area. They look like very nice houses for a reasonable price. What is your professional opinion of the area.
